Electric Flight
Gone are the days when Electric meant inferior in the model world !With the introduction of Brushless 3 phase motors, computerised speed controllers and Lithium Battery's, all disciplines have benefited from this technology but none more so than Electric Flight.
Brushless motors can now equal and in some cases out perform their Fuel cousins in a lot of applications with the advantage of plug and go as well as a lack of oily mess to clean up at the end of a session..
In most areas now, there is an Electric option / replacment for an IC engine (have a look on the Videos Page at the difference between an IC and Electric Panic bi-plane !)
